Meeting with the E commission in the parliament of Timor-Leste
On 07th-02-19 we held the meeting with the head of the E commission for economy and development division in parliament of Timor-Leste.
We were discussing on the topic of:
1. How to create the plan and strategy to assign Timorese seafarer on board
2. To look for the way to ratify the IMO convention

The Aims of the Association

To assist the governments of Timor-Leste in
establishment of maritime law and regulation in comply with IMO (International
Maritime Organization) standard if required.
To accrue and to promote the Timor-Leste
seafarers in comply with STCW (standard Training Certification and
watchkeeping) Manila amendment 2012 and MLC (Maritime Labor Code) 2006 and
