The vision of the Association as follows:
1. To promote the Timorese seafarers to be a professional,
worthy and prosperous seafarer in the future
2. To produce Timorese seafarers who could uphold the name of
the Republic Democratic of Timor-Leste with a great quality and performance in
comply with IMO standard.
3. To accrue all Timorese seafarers without any
discrimination.
